Did you know that today is Super Tuesday? Super Tuesday is when voters in 16 U.S. States and one U.S. territory are going to be choosing their presidential candidates: These states are Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Maine, Massachusetts, Minnesota, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont and Virginia. The one U.S. Territory is America Samoa.
If you are like me and located in California, polls close today at 8:00 PM PST. Remember that if you are on line to vote by that time, you are legally entitled to vote. If you are in California, remember that you were also mailed a ballot so you can fill it out but it needs to be in one of the ballot boxes by 8:00 PM PST today.
Every state has additional resources throughout the election season. In California, the Secretary of State has an official website regarding voting resources and may answer any questions you may have about the process of voting in California.
